Muse on Monday – November 22, 2021

Happy Monday and happy birthday to Marjane Satrapi, the Iranian author of the graphic novel Persepolis. This is also the day that C.S. Lewis, one of my favorite writers, died in 1963, the same day as Aldous Huxley and John F. Kennedy. Quite the momentous day.

Second, this is the week of Thanksgiving in the US. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving if you celebrate it. I’m thankful for each of you reading now.

And last, this is also the first day that Muse on Monday is on Tiktok. I’ve started a channel there, under the name gwtree to make it easier to remember

  1. C.S Lewis said…integrity is what you do when no one else is looking. That has always stayed with me. I like that you included the different anniversaries. History laced through makes anything so much more interesting. Congratulations on Tiktok. The Treehouse is making a name for herself, but then again, look who her esteemed promoter is. 🙂
