Happy Thanksgiving for the Americans out there since that is this Thursday. The weather is getting colder and it’s about the time of year we start thinking of curling up inside with a good book and a hot drink.
Story Prompt: November 25, 2024
Write a story about being stuck inside on a cold or snowy day.
Just for fun, write a story that has the opposite tone of what you first think of. So, if you think of a cozy, heart-warming story, write one that is scary and dark, or silly and absurd. It’s up to you, of course.

What a wonderful way to be stuck…home with a book and a hot drink. What would be scary and dark…hmm…having no heat the lock on the door broken hearing strange foot steps in the hall.
Silly and absurd…that it turned out to be a Saint Bernard to the rescue. 🙂
