For the summer, Muse on Monday writing prompts are a combination of a theme and a genre. Last week we had exploration and mystery. Here is the prompt for this week.

Theme: Boundaries
Genre: Fantasy
Usually we think of fantasy as having to do with magic and while it usually does, it doesn’t have to. Basically fantasy is anything that is not part of our world that is not related to technology (which is usually considered science fiction). You can decide what that means for you.

The Green-Walled Treehouse 
Fantasy…what does it mean to me. Hmm. I’m someone who lives in the now so, the whole idea befuddles me a bit. Need to pull my imagination from the back of the closet and MUSE about it some more. Yours, Mr. Stewart, is a great inspiration for me since, it knows no bounds. 🙂
Boundaries seem to ring a bell though. Need to ponder this more.
Love the bird. I’ve recently read about how they’re considered spiritual messengers. Could that idea be popped into the fantasy file? 🙂
