One thing I like do while I’m walking along the road is to imagine that I am actually huge (which I am, relative to ants and such). Suddenly the lawn I walk by is transformed into a jungle. The pavement is a miles-wide desert where monstrous machines appear and then disappear at terrifying speeds. The whole world changes, based on a little change of perspective.
Story Prompt: June 12, 2023
Write a story that takes place on a small scale.
This can be on a quite small scale, as in the book The Borrowers or extremely small as in the movie, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, or unimaginably small as in the Antman movies. It’s up to you.
If you want to share your story with me, leave a comment or send me an email at info@greenwalledtreehouse.com. You can also submit it at the link here.

This sounds like Gulliver Syndrome. I love the idea of being the 50 Foot woman towering over everyone especially those whom I don’t like too much. I know. I should have my therapist on speed dial. But once again you’ve hit a grand slam with this theme. Ants, indeed. 🙂

I don’t know, I think building a maze for those you don’t like much to navigate might be great therapy all by itself. 🙂 There’s a story for you.

Gotta admit, if I could choose one superpower, the ability to shrink would be tempting. 🙂

Wouldn’t it just. I reckon Antman is very lucky.
